Chris began his railroad career as a fourth-generation conductor in 2002 with Union Pacific Railroad out of Little Rock, Arkansas. He is a proud member of Local 1545 in Monroe, LA where he serves as Secretary/Treasurer and Local Legislative Representative. Chris also serves as the Louisiana State Legislative Director, as a member of the SMART-TD National Safety team, and on the Louisiana AFL-CIO Executive Board. In 2022 he was appointed by Louisiana Governor, John Bel Edwards, to the Southern Rail Commission.

Chris began his insurance career as Local Insurance Representative in 2010, was elevated to Territory Manager in 2021 and then promoted to Regional Manager in 2023. He understands and values the importance of protecting the financial situation of your family in the event of an unfortunate accident or illness.

In his down time Chris enjoys spending time with the love of his life Katy, and their children along with golfing and saltwater fishing.
